By creating an account or using ReceptoCraft ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Subject to your account status and license, ChordexBio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ReceptoCraft for research and scientific purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute access.
Each license key is valid for one (1) account only. Sharing a license key with multiple accounts, reselling keys, or using fraudulently obtained keys is prohibited and will result in account termination without refund.
You retain ownership of all sequences, project data, and content you upload or create in the Platform. ChordexBio does not share, sell, or use your data for training AI models or any commercial purposes beyond operating the Platform.
ReceptoCraft is provided "as is." All calculations (Tm, GC content, CAI, protein properties, etc.) are computational estimates and should not be used as the sole basis for ordering synthesis, regulatory submissions, or clinical decisions. Always validate results in your laboratory.
ChordexBio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from synthesis errors, experimental failures, or data loss.
ChordexBio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Account termination does not entitle you to a refund of any paid license fees.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
